Continent Ment

One day I'll get what I want to get, but until then I need to find my
continent ment.
When I own my own land, I'll build my own house, there i will find my continent ment
From my house, I'll build my empire and when they fear me I'll have my continent ment
5 6 7 8 Soon It's all gonna be great. Until then, I can not wait.
One day I'll be dead, buried in the ground. Looking up, that's when I'll find my continent ment
I've been searching for my continent, my constant, my consonants. I've been...

Is it so Amazing?

is it so amazing?
The nails they rust. The boards they crack. They creak beneath my working feet. Survey the scene with my hammer hand when you nail them back the holes to big. Way to big, it don't go back. If i could i would go back
The sheets they run all through the night. I one I want is the coldest one. Sweet drips down from every pore my new spots warmer than the one before. Another restless lonely night. Is it so amazing, all my fights?
I know it all!
Mixing bowls and sugar crust. Oil and eggs with flower and time. batter is ready, its in the pan. With the ovens work its all done now. Something change and stay that way. A circle or square is fine with me. I leave my hope with all these things.
You cant cant take back what been said. Some days you are better off dead. It might not be what you want but sometime what you need is what you got.
I know it all!

Big Tree

I see a tree that's falling apart. Its leaves have all come and gone. It looks so naked now. A skinny tree with nothing to give.
It seems like a life well lived
It once had a purpose. It once gave everything. And now that is older there is nothing more that it can give.
Where does the tree go when its all used up? Does it even matter? It's bound up and taken out, gone away. Its gone away never to see another day.

Attempt to Make Sense

When the levee, it breaks, we always blame the last straw, but it takes a whole pile of rotten sticks, before you waste all the good water behind the gates. Watch the straw get the blame while the sticks get washed away
The sticks catch all in the drainage ditch, the town it floods, it's dirty and it's wet, and we always blame the levee, we always blame the levee and it's last straw. All while the sticks and stones keep breaking bones.
One day a bird took straw from a field. It was used to build a home. Then it blew away and landed on the levee.
The water, it rose, higher then the rooftops, and the people left, everyone was angry, everyone had something to say. And the sticks and stones built the new homes while the straw was burnt away
Smoke form the fire was cast to the sky. Baby birds choked and died. they fell back to a bed of straw.
